The agreement that holds the room together.

Sodalis is operated by Saturday House LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In these terms, “Sodalis,” “we,” and “us” mean Saturday House LLC. “You” means the applicant or member agreeing to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You must apply truthfully and complete the vetting we ask of you, which may include identity verification. We curate the room by hand. We may accept or decline any application for any lawful reason, and we are not obligated to explain a decision. The room is small on purpose.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Do not share your access, and do not create an account on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge and consent.

Membership runs on respect, consent, and discretion. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms. In short: treat people with care, never share another member’s identity, photos, or presence here without their permission, and do nothing illegal. Conduct that breaks trust can end your membership.

Some parts of Sodalis require a paid membership. Pricing, renewal, and refunds are described on our Billing & Refunds page, which is part of these terms. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the membership fee and any renewals until you cancel.

The Sodalis name, brand, writing, and design belong to Saturday House LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. The content you submit, such as your profile and photos, remains yours. By submitting it, you give us the limited permission we need to operate the service, such as displaying your profile to other members within the room.

Sodalis is provided as is. We work hard to keep it safe, accurate, and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that you will form any particular connection. Sodalis introduces adults to one another. What happens between members is their own responsibility. We are not a party to those relationships and we are not liable for them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Saturday House LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sodalis. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

You can leave at any time from your settings. We can suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines, that puts other members at risk, or that the law requires us to act on. When a membership ends, your access ends, and our Privacy Policy governs what happens to your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

We may update these terms as Sodalis grows. When we do, we update the effective date above and, for material changes, we tell members. Continuing to use Sodalis after a change means you accept the updated terms.
